It was originally made for Military applications. It requires only 20 mW RF power for a full 40 W power in 800 MHz band. It is excellent for 700 MHz - 800 MHz radios or Video transmitters. This amplifier has built-in low pass filter to eliminate harmonics and can be used for TV applications or TV video transmitters.
